The mission of The Superstar Health Organization is to foster a healthier society by providing vital information on food and nutrition, to motivate and inspire people to exercise regularly, and to provide ongoing support to help ensure their success. Through these initiatives, we envision a dramatic reduction in childhood obesity, obesity related deaths, illnesses and diseases, and a society that lives longer, happier and more productive lives.
Our Primary Objective:
To inspire and help 10 million people lose at least 10 pounds each in our 100 million pound challenge!!

Message From the Founder:
We all know how big of a crisis our society is in with our health and our weight. It’s in the news, on TV and even on the radio. Yet, there are very few, if any, organizations that are dedicated to providing a real solution to help us correct this wide-spread problem.
Having been overweight and even obese myself, I understand the issues struggling with our weight can cause personally—both on a physical and a mental level. (You can read my story here: http://www.superstaruniversity.com/my-story)
After reaching my ideal body and weight after almost two decades of research, trial and error and helping others, I made the decision to devote my life to stopping childhood obesity and transforming the current state of our society—from overweight to healthy and in shape. My reason for taking on such a daunting task: After years of feeling restless due to the lack of a life purpose and personal fulfillment, I came to the realization that helping people to lose weight, get in shape, live healthier and be happier was my purpose and not just something I enjoyed doing.
Prior to making this discovery, I had a wonderful daughter, a supportive family and a successful trucking business that provided me with more than enough financially. But, even with all these wonderful things I had, I still felt empty inside because I wasn’t doing what I felt I was supposed to be doing.
Then, one day, it dawned on me that I needed to do what I loved if I was ever going to find happiness: I needed to help those who wanted to be helped. Not for financial reasons, because I already knew that money hadn’t brought me the happiness and fulfillment I desired, but because it was what I enjoyed and felt I was born to do.
In a world of overwhelming confusion and unrealistic marketing promises, I established The Superstar Health Organization for one reason more than any other: To provide you with all the information, motivation and ongoing support you need to be successful with losing weight and getting in shape.
